¹Ì¾á¸¶´Â ºÏÇѰú ¸¶Âù°¡Áö·Î ICCÀÇ ´ç»ç±¹Àº ¾Æ´ÏÁö¸¸, Áö³ 2019³â ICC °Ë»ç°¡ ¹Ì¾á¸¶ ³» À̽½¶÷°è ¼Ò¼ö¹ÎÁ·ÀÎ ·ÎÈþ¾ßÁ·¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¹Ì¾á¸¶±ºÀÇ ¹ÝÀεµÀû ¹üÁË °ü·Ã ¼ö»ç °³½Ã¸¦ ¿äûÇÏ¸é¼ ICC ¹ý°üµéÀÌ À̸¦ Çã°¡Çϱ⵵ Çß½À´Ï´Ù. ´ç½Ã ICC´Â ·ÎÈþ¾ßÁ· »çÅÂÀÇ ¶Ç ´Ù¸¥ °ü·Ã ±¹°¡ÀÎ ¹æ±Û¶óµ¥½Ã°¡ ICCÀÇ È¸¿ø±¹ÀÎ ¸¸Å ·ÎÈþ¾ßÁ· »çÅ¿¡ »ç¹ý°üÇÒ±ÇÀ» °®°í ÀÖ´Ù°í ¹àÈù ¹Ù ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.

(Our preliminary findings have shown that due to a lack of international legal expertise and global engagement, North Korean CSOS have been unable to fully access some of the international justice and accountability options available, and GRC's aim is to act as a 'quasi' intermediary between civil society and international accountability fora to fill the legal knowledge gap that exists.)

ÇÑÆí, Áö³ 16ÀÏ À¯¿£ÃÑȸ¿¡¼ äÅÃµÈ ºÏÇÑÀαǰáÀǾÈÀº ºÏÇÑ À뱂 ¹®Á¦ÀÇ ICC ȸºÎ¸¦ °í·ÁÇ϶ó°í Ã˱¸ÇÑ ¹Ù ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù.
