A Statement
National Action Campaign for Freedom & Democracy in Korea
'Complete denuclearization' turns out to be 'complete fraud.' The purpose of the North Korean nuclear program is communist Korea. Let's collect the power of the sovereign and stop the implementation of 'Panmunjom Declaration' that is going to deny anti-communist & free state!
1. Before the Panmunjom meeting, Moon¡¯s Administration announced that North Korea would promise "complete denuclearization." In the Panmunjom Declaration, however, it has changed to the so-called ¡®denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula¡¯, which only means the dismantling of the US-ROK alliance and the demolition of nuclear umbrellas. Therefore, it is 'complete fraud'.
2. President Moon has promised Kim Jung-eun the declaration of the Korean War¡¯ official ending, peace agreement, and economic support to North Korea, all of which can only be discussed after confirming the complete denuclearization of North Korea. Is that the President of the Republic of Korea is collaborating with the habitual promise breaker in order to pressure President Trump to make a hole on sanctions against North Korea? Isn¡¯t it, then, an act of treason?
3. Prohibition of loudspeaker broadcasting along DMZ and sending leaflets to North Korean that have been informing our North Korean brethren of the truth and freedom is nothing but an act of treason that only one dictator is happy about and an act of destroying democracy that is denying freedom of speech.
4. The promise of cooperation with the regime of Kim Jung-eun, the communist dictator, under the so-called "principle of national independence," can only be construed in the sense that the South and North will strive together for the dissolution of the Republic of Korea and the reunification of Korea into a communist federation. Isn¡¯t it a trial to paralyze Korean people¡¯s discernment of enemies from friends, by joining the fake nationalist propaganda of the North rebel group?
5. The Panmunjom Declaration, while pledging "national reconciliation" several times, is tacit about with the fate of 60,000 POWs, 200,000 abductees, who were illegally detained by Kim Il-sung in the Korean War, and 130,000 other detainees. Is the human right that President Moon, so-call ¡®Human Rights Lawyer¡¯ thinks of is one for the Kim Jung-eun, only?
6. Why does President Moon plan to visit Pyongyang and establish an inter-Korean liaison office in Gaeseong? Can he command the Armed Forces of Korea, after being summoned to the anti-humanity war criminal, national traitor, terrorist director, and head of anti-state group?
7. It is stated that the West Sea NLL (Northern Limit Line) would be replaced by the Peace Zone. The zone that is now difficult to defend by the ¡®line¡¯, would highly likely become a conflict zone, after it is expanded to an ¡®area¡¯. The zone will also pose a serious threat to Seoul Metropolitan area. Why does he try to invoke the specter of Roh Moo-hyun-Kim Jong-Il collusion?
8. Respond honestly to the criticism of opposition parties that there are many Pro-Kim Il-sung activists at the core of this administration and they are leading the inter-Korean dialogue!
9. We are quite confident that, if the Panmunjom Declaration that is definitely against our nation¡¯s founding spirit and identity is put to action, it will possibly violate the national Constitution; Article 3 (Territorial Provisions), Article 4 (Unification Provisions), Articles 66 and 69 (President's responsibility is to protect the Constitution, to heed national security, and to go for reunification for freedom). It will also against the criminal law to ban ¡®Helping the enemy¡¯.
